Loving the upper body design, the breastplate and arms look great. The legs seem almost a little off-balance on the detailing for me. Maybe something white in the knee caps would bring it together a bit more firmly since the accents stop rather abruptly on the cuisse.

The helmet reminds me a lot of the Guyver. It has that environmentally-sealed feel to it, which could fit given how the Lanterns are connected to space, but I might extend the chin forward a bit to avoid the aquatic impression others have mentioned, and play up the heroic jawline comic book heroes typically have.

Still, that's awesome for a rough concept.
