News Feature Writeup of Me and My Craft(s)!

Journal Entry: Fri Apr 24, 2009, 2:27 AM
A member here (:iconwarpiggg:) has taken it upon herself to do a news feature writeup of several armorers here on DA and I am among the count. She asked me some questions, I responded, and she made a really nice writeup from that.
Intro Excerpt: "Leather Armourers: a continuation... Or something, hah. This is week two of my six week leather armourer feature. Admittedly I'm a day late, but in my defence I worked yesterday... Back on topic! Last week the wonderful *Sharpener was kind enough to allow me to interview him, and now we have some fresh meat for the grinder - one Samuel Lee, of the USA. Here's a little about him!"

So if any of you watchers want a little insight on some of the events that led me to my current trade or are interested in seeing a little of my past, do go check it out.

In other news, as you watchers have seen I have uploaded a big backlog of sketches and a few commissions. Still searching for some lost pics of semi-recent commissions. Got over 2TB on my comp so it's a big place to loose a few images. As for commission status I'm almost caught up (I think... Every time I say that something else pops up lol) and when done, I'll be uploading a few noteworthy things. Got a design loosely based on the assassins creed to be used as a winter coat, "dragon rider" themed armor with dragon head helmet, a set of paladin/archangle armor, and a new fantasy style hat I've had in production for a while, time to finish it up too.

So, please check out the feature and look forward to the new goodies!

wow, the detail you put into your armors is inspiring. i toy around with chainmail and i am planing to start learning plate armor making techniques, and to see someone put as much intricate design into their work as i want in mine encourages me :)
